The All-rounder for Clean Air

The MAV filter cell is an folded filter in which the filter medium is arranged in tightly pleated folds. High-quality synthetic nonwovens are used, which have a special protective finish that increases the filtration performance and moisture resistance.
Due to its pleated arrangement, the filter medium has a large usable surface and can therefore be subjected to high volume flows. Spacers ensure that the spacing between the folds is precisely maintained and give the filter great inherent rigidity.
Their solid construction is supported by a frame, laminated with special humidity-resistant fiberplast on both sides.
The entire filter cell is completly ashable and can be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.

Special Versions

Beside the standard sizes, MAV filter cells are also available in special sizes and can be coated with activated carbon if desired.
For extreme operating conditions, various frame materials, e.g. aluminium or wood and reinforced equipments can be applied. Depending on the filtration task, different filter layer combinations in the filter classes ISO Coarse to ISO ePM₁₀ can be realised.

Thanks to their very modest space requirements, MAV filter cells are suitable for air-conditioning systems, climatic chambers and compact filtering devices. Their robust construction allows the filtration of considerable / substantial air flows like those required for the ventilation of computer rooms.
