Gastronomy

The filtration requirements in the food preparation industry are special. Commercial kitchens are subject to official controls, e.g. by health and veterinary authorities; they must meet certain construction requirements (also with regard to occupational health and safety) and meet hygiene standards with regard to food safety..
In canteen kitchens, restaurants and snack bars a high degree of attention is paid to the separation of fat particles.

Food Production

For the requirements in the processing, manufacturing and preserving food industry such as milk processing, filters from → Process Air Technology or → Clean Room Technology are the right choice.
